Cu Chi Tunnels is an underground defense system in Cu Chi, 70 km northwest of Ho Chi Minh City. This system was dug by the National Front for the Liberation of South Vietnam during the Indochina War and the Vietnam War. The tunnel system includes a clinic, many rooms, a kitchen, a storage room, an office, an underground tunnel system.

Timeline

7:45-8:30 (AM) or 12:45-13:30 (PM) : The bus and tour guide will pick you up at AN Travel office or your hotel centrally selected near Ben Thanh market , then go to Cu Chi for 1 hour driving.

• You’ll have a chance to watch the documentary and see self-made weapon , bamboo traps,..
• You will see how guerrillas dug , lived and fought inside the tunnels.
• You will learn how the strength of will against sophisticated weapon.
• You can crawl in the tunnels if you wish.
• Know how the locals make rice paper , rice wine .
• Try to fire AK-47. ( 60.000 VND / Bullets )
• Try the steamed cassava .

13:00 (PM) or 18:00 ( PM ) : Leave Cu Chi , the bus take you back AN Travel office . On the way back , you can drop off at The War remant museum .
