- Please provide your ID card (Passport) when checking in to complete check-in procedures
- Memories Stay will not bear any responsibility for your money or valuable assets. Please preserve it yourself or bring it with you.
- You are not allowed to bring weapons, explosives, flammable substances, drugs, prohibited goods, livestock, or bulky goods and items into the villa. If you intentionally violate it, you will have to bear full responsibility before the authorities.
- In case of a fight-causing disorder, we request you to pay a fine of 3,000,000 VND/action.
- Memories Stay is equipped with utensils, cooking and dining equipment. We recommend that you keep the kitchen area clean and avoid cooking strong-smelling dishes that cause bad odors in the room
- Please lock the door carefully at night or when going out and keep the key carefully. If lost, please notify the host immediately and you will pay the cost of a new key
- Please do not change location or move property or furniture from one room to another. If you break, damage or lose property in the room, you will have to compensate at the current price
- Please do not bring strangers into your room without registering with the host. If you violate, you will be fined as follows:
1st time: 700,000 VND/person
2nd time: 1.500.000 VND/person
3rd time: Termination of stay
- A room has a specified number of people: 2 adults + 1 child. In case you want to increase the number of people staying, please send identification information to the host, surcharge: 500,000 VND/person.
Check-in time: 2:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 12:00 p.m
Late check out: 70,000/hour (in case there are no guests staying on the check out date)
Late check out after 6:00 p.m. is charged as 1 night price.
- Memories Stay are equipped with cameras in several areas to ensure security and safety for customers as well as Memories Stay's assets.
- Please keep the areas, rooms, and general hygiene of Memories Stay clean. We will charge a fee in the following cases: Not tidying up garbage in the house, not putting furniture in the right place, not washing dishes, and leaving them in the right place. Fee ranges: 500,000 - 1,000,000 VND/time
- If you discover a fire in Memories Stay, please immediately notify the Manager or the nearest person in the area. Please follow instructions on fire and explosion prevention.
- When leaving the room, please turn off all electrical equipment to ensure safety and avoid electrical shocks and fires.
- We greatly appreciate your cooperation. Please contact the host with any requests or questions.
